Marked by harvest season, fall is a wonderful time to engage fruits, vegetables, nuts and meats in wedding events, serving traditional fall food at the reception and having natural autumn colors with decorations are great ways to celebrate the big day. The autumn bride has a number of rich colors to draw from for her wedding flowers. Oranges, gold, reds and browns remain the most commonly used colors for autumn weddings and many flowers naturally available during the fall months can be found in these colors. If you’re also planning your weddings in fall, check out these great autumn wedding ideas.

The color today has a real summer vibe, but is equally at home for a dreamy winter wedding. Blue is a tricky color to work with for weddings, and often needs to be surrounded by a warmer color to really make it work. Today we’re looking at a dusty, iced tone, which works incredibly well with gold for a festive wedding, or with a dusty pink for a summer soiree. For bridesmaids in blue, it’s all about mix and match outfits – a pretty blue tulle skirt being our separate of choice. Keep your palette modern with pretty calligraphy and text-based decor, and make sure to add some gorgeous greenery in to soften up the whole look.

If you’re planning a beach side wedding…amazing! You’ve basically won the wedding venue lottery! Who wouldn’t want to get married next to crashing waves and a stellar view? While a beach wedding provides you with plenty of natural scenery and decor, and there’s still so many fun things you can do to accentuate your location.
Below is some of my recent favorite beach wedding inspiration. I can actually tend to gravitate towards ceremony aisle decorations and table settings that aren’t always nautical. Even though shells and sand will always have their place, don’t be afraid to go outside of the box when it comes to your big day.

The style of the wedding is a big aspect of choosing the wedding color scheme, striking an upscale tone with a chic wedding color palette. A delicate combination of champagne, ivory pearl and gold would be just the thing for a formal afternoon wedding. A little bit vintage mixed with hint of modern, completely stylish, gold wedding colors scheme is just an exquisitely elegant one. We’ve witnessed so many colors worked just amazing with gold/champagne shades, which makes the day unforgettable, like gold and navy blue, gold and pink. If I’ve ever wondered what the best definition of rustic elegance is, here’s the one with soft pink and gold color combination, and a touch of neutral colors. All the guests at this wedding enjoyed three parties, starting with a home garden ceremony, followed by cocktails, and the last but not the least tented reception which was just perfect for dinner and dancing. I love everything here, the cake, that dress, those details.
