Anthony is one of the chefs and founders of Petojo. For Anthony, cooking is not only a gift but a calling. He enrolled in the Fanshawe College apprentice program and worked to earn his Certification before he was 23. From there, Anthony moved to work in Oxo tower Brasserie and a restaurant in London.
In his quest to find new things about food, Anthony has followed his passion to several parts of Europe, the US, and Asia. In these places, he discovers new flavors, ingredients, and cooking techniques. He teaches all of his discoveries in his food, giving his meals a distinctive quality.
His talent has gotten him to work in some of the top restaurants in London, like Idlewyld Inn and David’s Bistro. Other restaurants include The church-key, The river room at museum London, North Moore catering, and Abruzzi Ristorante. Most recently, he worked with Milos’ Craft Beer Emporium.
Kimi is the co-founder and general manager of Petojo Food & Catering. She has proclaimed herself as a “food nerd” because of her love for exquisite dishes. In 2006, Kimi graduated from Humber College’s Fashion Arts program with honors. In addition, she has also earned a Project management certificate from the University of Toronto.
She developed her natural business, project, and event management skills while leading a team in Toronto. The team dealt with Marketing operations at global recruitment and executive firm specializing in marketing, advertising, and web development.
Due to her love for traveling, she has gone across Europe, North America, and Asia. She made sure to try everything from Portland’s Musubi to Croquettes at the famous Barcelona Tapas on her journey. These adventures educated her on and sharpened her culinary skills, which allowed her to uncover several dish trends.
Kimi has spent time at the Great Hall in London and has catered several private events.
