Meet The Team 

Jacqueline and Tom Brown, two award-winning chefs, founded Sprout Catering. Jacqueline is a professional chef who has a broad knowledge of the cooking world. She also possesses artistic culinary skills, which she employs to make the best wedding dishes.

Jacqueline won the Sydney Morning Herald Josephine Pignolet prize in 2005. She was the head chef of Sean’s Panorama, a 2 Chefs Hat restaurant. However, she moved to London to work with Gordon Ramsey and The River café.

Tom is an expert chef who has worked at several prestigious restaurants. These include Quay, The River Café, The Icebergs. But this was before he moved to London. Afterwards, he focused on establishing his catering service.

Both established Sprout Catering with the goal of offering professional catering of the greatest quality to any size event. The team is dedicated to delivering catering management for your event, with 40 years of experience in the hospitality business.
