This is a lovely Victorian Sterling silver brooch with a flowerst & ivy leaves. This was probably a sweetheart brooch, with the ivy leaves symbolising friendship, fidelity & eternity. It has full Sterling silver hallmarks for Birmingham, 1898. It measures approx. 1 3/4 inches across (4.5 cm) It has it’s original C clasp fitting & is in a good condition. Please note that as the items we sell are antique or vintage, most of them will have been used for the purpose that was intended. Therefore they may have signs of wear in keeping with age & use.
