Use plain white paper (no lines please)! 2. Write your message as straight as possible (we will move around words as needed to fit). A sharpie will produce a thicker engraving, a pen will produce a thinner engraving. 3. Take a photo from directly above the note. This is IMPORTANT because If it is taken from an angle & the photo shows the letters skewed, it will be skewed in the engraving too. 4. Be sure the photo is taken in good lighting. 5. Send the photo through Etsy Messaging. We will know it goes to your order as your message will be linked to your purchase. Please check over your notes before ordering. We know you’re excited for your purchase, so we start working on your order right away. We have a 1 hour cancellation policy. We understand that sometimes you just change your mind … that’s ok!
