Custom surname wedding cake topper | Personalised wedding cake topper. This 16cm wide cake topper is available in a range of colours as shown in the drop down menu. Our toppers are dispatched in 1-5 business days, & are all sent express post Australia wide, express post typically takes 1-2 business days to arrive but can take longer on occasion. TO ORDER YOUR TOPPER: 1. Enter all the wording required in the personalisation section. Please ensure you enter all words to appear on the topper, as what is entered in the personalisation field is what will be cut. This can be any wording eg April & Cash, Scarlett & Rory, or Charlie turns six. Please double check the wording entered, as we will copy & paste this, so it needs to be correct. 2. Ensure that the address you enter is full & correct, as we will use this address to send your topper to. 3. If the topper is needed urgently, please also leave the date you need the topper in the notes to seller section so we can ensure this is organised. Important information Your cake topper will be sent out with express post, we say to allow 1-2 working days from dispatch for these to arrive. If they haven’t arrived after the two days, please send us a convo through the Etsy website & we will send over your tracking to you. A proof of your topper is not sent as standard, unless requested in the notes to seller section when checking out. – URGENT ORDERS – Our listings say to allow 3-5 working days for toppers to arrive. We typically dispatch much faster than this, unless we are out of stock of acrylic. As a guide, toppers ordered over the weekend will be typically sent on Monday/Tuesday, toppers ordered on Monday will be sent on Tuesday, toppers ordered on Tuesday will be sent Wednesday. However. there are times where we do need the fully 3-5 working days, so please do leave a note if it is urgent. – WHAT IF YOUR ITEM IS DAMAGED in TRANSIT – While we take the upmost care with your cake toppers, as these are very fragile, there can be instances where they arrive damaged, If this happens please let us know & we will send a replacement off to you upon receiving a photo of the damage.
