Selected for your consideration is this stunning 1920’s antique filigree diamond brooch / pin. The body of the brooch is crafted in platinum (hallmarked “14k” & “Plat”, features 3 round old mine cut diamonds that are in 14k yellow gold bezels that have been rhodium plated. Two are approximately 10 points of a carat, center stone is approximately 15 points of a carat totaling .35 points of a carat, Diamonds are bright, color H-I clarity I-1. Brooch measures approximately 2 inches long, 5/8 inch wide weighs 5.4 grams. Is in very good antique condition, has some light sign of wear – The fastener lock is loose, but the catch firmly holds the pin in place. Prongs are strong & keeping the diamonds tight in the bezels. The original white rhodium plating over the 14k gold bezel shows wear & therefor the yellow gold is showing through.
