If you are seeking a particular colour send me a message attached to the linen item & I will endeavour to send you a reply with a photo of that item compared to a white piece of linen. All vintage linen may have knicks, small cuts, loose thread & missing stitches as well as fading & marking. The photography colour may vary slightly. Floral Tablemat – Floral Centrepiece This floral table-mat measures a touch over 54cm x 34cm. It is in good vintage condition with no rips or tears. I find the yellowing marks on vintage linen are kept to a minimum if you use distilled water in a lowered temperature ironing technique. Placing another piece of material over the item & ironing via that has also been put forth as another suggestion. I dont have any practical knowledge of the stitches & fibres of vintage linens. Please study the photos & make your decisions based on the photos & measurements provided. If you know what the stitches are feel free to send me a message with a link to the listing.
