A gorgeous navy fascinator, crafted from a rich navy sinamay. This elegant fascinator is created from loop & fold of rich navy fabric & finished with hand shaped feathers in a coordinating colour. This fascinator sits comfortably on your head with a satin covered headband in a coordinating shade. Fascinator measures approx 25cm x 24cm.
