We can help you find out & create it into a beautiful, simple slide necklace for you. Available in antique bronze or antique silver tone, comes on an 18″ chain, & slider pendant measures 1/2″ (13mm) in diameter. This listing is for ONE pendant. If you would like multiple pendants on one chain (as is shown in several photographs) to celebrate multiple dates, please contact us for a quote. To order, please provide the following information : Date (in this format: MM/DD/YYYY), Time Zone, & Approximate Time Of Day (if possible) of the date you wish to celebrate. We will verify your Moon phase & begin production.If your date has a “new Moon” (ie the first & darkest phase of the Moon, which would essentially be a black charm), we will create your piece with a darkened full Moon to illustrate that it was in shadow at the time. If you prefer to have a full Moon instead of a custom moon phase from a certain date, please put “FULL MOON” in where it prompts you to provide a date. We include a card with your piece that describes the date information provided & the Moon phase, an example of which is shown in the last photograph. We do not offer engraving.
