On the reverse side, the imprint SJC indicates that this was made by the St Justin Company of Cornwall, which has been creating high quality & hand crafted pewter accessories since the 1980’s & their designs celebrate the Celtic heritage of this beautiful area of Britain’s southwest coast. This design is similar to the pectoral cross of St. Cuthbert, who was a Celtic Christian. This style is also called Thor’s Cross, a reference to its Celtic origins. The size is ideal, large enough to make a definitive statement on your fall & winter sweaters, & traditionally styled, so that it could also serve as a kilt pin.
