Vintage Sterling Silver MARCASITES & Onyx Round Brooch/Pin. Real pretty brooch with central Marcasite flower on Black Onyx background in Sterling Silver adored by Marcasites. The brooch is in overall good vintage condition, shows general age & previous use related wear. All marcasite stones are intact. The stone is in good condition without any visible chips. The brooch has a rolling clasp closure which is in good working order. The pin is nice & straight. The brooch is stamped on the back ‘925’ for Sterling Silver in one place together with another symbol as seen on photo. The brooch has been an acid tested positively for Sterling Silver. The brooch is measures approx. 3.5cm in diameter. The brooch weighs approx. 16 grams on my scales.
