Tractor cufflinks handmade from from upcycled vintage tractor postage stamps from the 1980s, sterling silver clad steel, & jeweler’s grade resin – a one of a kind pair. True Americana perfect . The stamps set in these cufflinks (cuff links) were first introduced by the United States Postal Service on February 6, 1987. They depict a John Deere tractor from the 1920s. The stamp had a 7.1 cent denomination. The cufflinks are created by setting carefully selected sections of authentic postage stamps in 3/4″ (18mm) bezel cups which are soldered to cufflink backings. Then we pour the resin over the stamp to seal it in the bezel cup. The pine-based resin creates a crystal clear, beautiful, & durable dome that magnifies the surface details & depth of color of the stamp. Each pair of stamps is unique & carefully matched.
