A lustrous & sparkling tsumami-zaiku headpiece, featuring a hydrangea in shades of blue & accompanied by a sparkling, hand-painted butterfly & swaying rain drops. This headpiece was inspired by the Japanese rainy season (Tsuyu) in early summer, when hydrangeas are in full bloom. Best suited for updos with volume. Perfect for Woodland & Garden Wedding Parties. This intricate & dazzling headpiece is made with lightweight Habutae silk (8 momme) fabric, which has a soft lustre on the surface. The fabric was carefully cut before intricately folded into petals & leaves to create delicate details. The petals were then mounted to create the hydrangea, butterfly, & raindrops, which were then decorated with faux pearls & rhinestones. This headpiece is mounted onto a silver colour comb. Please keep the piece dry. Do not wash. Remove any dust with a clean brush.
