Made by Abana brand of Japan, this is a rare abstract Modernist black & red cloisonne enamel clip on at the collar style bolo tie. The five sided curved copper clip has a shiny black enamel with splashes of dark red. There are raised pieces of wire that adds to the unique design. The Abana tie has a wide long clip on the back that slides down on the collar. The photos of the paper insert are just for reference & are not included in the sale A larger size, the collar clip measures 3 1/8 inches wide, 2 inches tall, 1/8 inch thick & 3/8 inch deep. The clip is 1 3/8 inches long, 1/4 inch wide & has a space of 1/4 inch. The clip is in very good vintage condition. The edges were originally silver plated, & much of it has worn off. The inside of the clip is signed Cloisonne, Made in Japan, & the outside is signed Abana with a circle makers mark. All items are carefully wrapped, placed in a new gift box & tied with curling ribbon. This item will be shipped via USPS first class mail.
