21-DAY RETURN POLICY Please contact me for returning or exchange. We accept returns of all unused & undamaged veils within 21 days of receipt for a refund . The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. You have 21 days to return upon receiving the veil, & 60 days outside the USA. A restocking fee of $6 will be deducted from the price paid for the veil. Important Note: Please be sure to check our picture of swatch colors if you are not sure what’s the difference between “white” & “off-white”. The veil is steamed & packed in a garment bag, it’s ready-to-wear condition. Please keep the veil in the garment bag when it is not in use & stored in a cool, dry place, keep away from the heater.
