Fitted at the peplum waist with a pencil skirt midi length bottom that has a back slit. Gorgeous cut out in the back that buttons at the top, zipper bottom portion. The dress is lined & the bust portion has pads. Made in the USA Perfect for the holidays, homecoming, a wedding & more. in excellent preloved condition. It is a vintage item & normal wear is to be expected. Like many vintage items the dress runs small from the tag. Is not an 8 in today’s sizing.
