Our toppers are dispatched in 1-5 business days, & are all sent express post Australia wide, express post typically takes 1-2 business days to arrive but can take longer on occation. TO ORDER YOUR TOPPER: 1. Enter the initials in the personalisation section. There is no need to add the heart, as this is automatically included. 2. Ensure that the address you enter is full & correct, as we will use this address to send your topper to. 3. If the topper is needed urgently, please also leave the date you need the topper in the notes to seller section so we can ensure this is organised. Important information Your cake topper will be sent out with express post, we say to allow 1-2 working days from dispatch for these to arrive. If they haven’t arrived after the two days, please send us a convo through the Etsy website & we will send over your tracking to you. We do not send proofs of your toppers as standard, so if required please ensure you note this in the notes to seller section. – WHAT IF YOUR ITEM IS DAMAGED in TRANSIT – While we take the upmost care with your cake toppers, as these are very fragile, there can be instances where they arrive damaged, If this happens (within 48 hours) please let us know & we will send a replacement off to you upon receiving a photo of the damage.
